The Pressure is Real. I’ve Been There.
Business ownership and leadership is often an isolating journey. You are expected to be the strategist, the cash flow manager, the team inspirer (even for yourself), and the visionary all before midday. I don't just understand this pressure; I have lived it.
Before founding Think Forward, I spent 13 years navigating the brutal, exhilarating realities of business growth. I didn't study strategy from a distance; I executed it under fire.
I've shared the thrill of landing a six-figure contract and expanding into new markets. Crucially, I have also weathered the inevitable storms: cash-flow crises, staffing challenges, and market downturns. Today, my personal focus is on building "low noise" businesses that generate consistent returns, allowing for high-value asset investment and meaningful, time-rich lifestyles with family. This philosophy guides every client strategy.
My coaching is rooted in practical, hard-won experience, not textbook theories or generic motivational quotes.
When you work with me, you gain an advisor who genuinely understands the emotional and strategic weight of your decisions. I bring the "battle scars", the real-world insight that allows me to spot the landmines before you step on them. My sole purpose is to help you bypass the expensive mistakes I (or my previous clients) have made, allowing you to accelerate your growth with confidence and clarity.
With Think Forward, you don’t just hire a coach; you gain a thinking partner who knows the terrain intimately.
When I'm not helping business owners build their next chapter, you can usually find me spending time with my family, following my love for sports cars, restoring the odd car, or flying light aircraft.

Working with Neil has been a turning point for my business. I went in feeling overwhelmed, constantly second-guessing myself, and unsure what to do next. Neil helped me cut through the noise, understand what actually mattered, and take action with confidence. He doesn’t sugar-coat things, but he’s supportive every step of the way. I now have clarity, direction, and a plan I actually believe in.
